Insideoute09 Exhibition (lack of) Venue

So far no venue has been booked and it is becoming extremely difficult to find a space. The Exhibition Design Team is busy looking for a venue and needs everyone’s help. Coming to the end of the year most places have been booked out for corporate functions and student exhibits from other universities.

We're asking everyone to make a few phone calls so we can quickly lock in a venue.
If you find a suitable space please call me immediately on 0401 557 615 to ensure there is no double bookings.

Venue Requirements are:
Booking Duration: Monday November 30th to Friday December 6th, 1 week
Opening Night: Tuesday 1st December or Thursday 3rd December 2009 from 6pm
Exhibition Space: 8m by 8m of display space and room for 200 people.
Catering: Finger Food provided by Soullis Tavrou
